This webinar – scheduled for October 27, 2026, at 1 pm ET (12 pm CT, 11 am MT, 10 am PT) – is eligible for ACMPE, ACHE (live only), CME (live only), PDC (live only) and CEU credit, and will be made available as a recording.

Patient access teams are often caught between two competing demands: managing a constant volume of inbound calls while finding the capacity to proactively reach patients who need care. Annapolis Internal Medicine faced both challenges, with missed calls, long hold times, and limited staff capacity for patient outreach.

In this session, Dr. Titus Abraham of Annapolis Internal Medicine and patient access leader Marie D'Aiuto will examine how the practice incorporated AI into its patient access strategy across inbound and outbound workflows. Attendees will hear how Annapolis approached workflow selection, implementation, and measurement, including lessons from reducing hold times by 75%, increasing labor capacity by 220%, and expanding into proactive patient outreach. The discussion will provide a practical framework for evaluating where AI can support access operations while improving the experience for patients and staff.

This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

    • Identify patient access workflows where AI and automation can reduce administrative burden and expand staff capacity
    • Evaluate operational and patient experience measures for assessing the impact of AI on patient access
    • Apply lessons from a primary care implementation to develop a more proactive approach to patient scheduling, communication, and outreach
