    Call for Speakers: 2027 MGMA Spring Conferences

    MGMA invites medical practice leaders, industry experts, and solution partners to submit session proposals for our 2027 Spring Conferences. These events bring together healthcare leaders who are looking for practical solutions, peer insights, and real-world examples they can apply in their organizations.

    • MGMA Financial Conference
       March 4–6, 2027 | Atlanta
    • MGMA Operations Conference
       May 2–4, 2027 | Seattle

    Proposals must be submitted by September 18, 2026. 


    Priority for Practice-Led Content

    MGMA gives priority to sessions submitted by professionals actively working in medical practices and physician enterprises. Our goal is to ensure attendees hear directly from peers who are solving current operational and financial challenges, improving performance and achieving measurable results.

    What We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking sessions that deliver practical, real-world value for medical practice leaders. Strong proposals should:

    • Address current challenges in healthcare operations or financial performance
    • Offer proven strategies, case studies, implementation lessons or measurable outcomes
    • Provide clear takeaways attendees can apply immediately
    • Focus on education, not promotion
    • Encourage interaction, discussion, and peer learning
    • Use specific examples rather than broad concepts or sales-oriented claims

    Tips for a Strong Proposal

    Before submitting, make sure your proposal:

    • Starts with clear attendee need or problem
    • Uses concise, attendee-focused language
    • Includes specific examples, outcomes or lessons learned
    • Includes three learning objectives using action-oriented verbs
    • Stays focused and easy to understand
