    Description

This member-exclusive webinar — recorded on June 18, 2026 — is eligible for ACMPE and CEU credit.

Get an MGMA member-exclusive look at the latest physician and APP compensation and productivity benchmarks from MGMA DataDive Provider Compensation and Productivity data set. Join an MGMA Consulting physician compensation expert as we unpack what’s shifting in work RVUs, total compensation, compensation per wRVU, and the mix of bonus and incentive structures used across today’s medical groups. We’ll highlight meaningful differences by specialty, region, and ownership type — and connect the data to practical decisions leaders are making right now, including compensation design updates, recruiting and retention pressures, APP utilization and performance expectations, and the growing need to align incentives with quality, access, and value-based care priorities. This presentation will give practice leaders the chance to dig deeper beyond the summary data report and ask questions to get clearer signals on where your organization may be out of step with the market and where targeted adjustments can reduce risk while supporting clinician engagement.

This 73-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

    • Examine emerging trends in provider compensation, productivity, and incentives based on the latest MGMA DataDive benchmarks
    • Analyze compensation and productivity shifts by specialty, region, and ownership type to inform strategic planning and compensation design
    • Apply data-driven insights to align provider compensation models with market pressures, organizational goals, and workforce expectations
