    Description

This webinar — recorded on July 28, 2026 — is eligible for ACMPE and CEU credit.

Healthcare organizations have invested billions in digital transformation, automation, and artificial intelligence, yet many of the operational challenges that burden providers and staff remain unchanged. Why? Because too often we've modernized existing workflows instead of questioning whether those workflows should exist in the first place.

Join MGMA and NextGen Healthcare for an executive discussion exploring the path to de-normalizing broken workflows. You'll hear why the future of healthcare depends on shifting the focus from technology-centered workflows to care-centered experiences, reimagining work rather than simply refreshing it, and transforming fragmented data into trusted insight that enables better decisions.

Through executive perspectives, real-world examples, and practical discussion, attendees will explore how leading organizations are redesigning operations to reduce friction, create capacity, improve patient experiences, and prepare for the next generation of AI-enabled healthcare.

This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

    • Recognize when organizations are optimizing broken workflows instead of redesigning them
    • Explain why technology should enable care rather than dictate it
    • Identify practical questions leaders can ask to redesign workflows around patients, providers, trusted information, and AI-enabled capacity

Brought to you by NextGen Healthcare
