    Description

This member-exclusive webinar – recorded on July 9, 2026 – is eligible for ACMPE and CEU credit.

The compensation pressures squeezing medical practices aren't easing — they're evolving. As talent shortages persist across clinical staff, front-desk teams, revenue cycle specialists, and the back-office roles that keep practices running, leaders are being asked to do more with budgets that haven't kept pace. This presentation unpacks the freshest insights from the 2026 MGMA DataDive Management and Staff Compensation data report, spotlighting where compensation is climbing fastest and regional pay gaps are reshaping recruitment, and how internal pay compression becomes a larger retention threat facing practices today. Attendees will gain a clearer picture of where the market is heading, sharper tools for building competitive compensation budgets, and solid tactics for retaining the people who keep your practice running. Whether you're preparing next year's budget or rethinking your entire comp philosophy, you'll leave with practical, data-backed strategies to stay competitive without sacrificing financial stability.

This 60-minute member-exclusive webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

    • Examine what's really fueling the wage pressures hitting management, nursing, and specialized administrative roles — and where those pressures are accelerating in 2026
    • Outline how widening regional pay gaps and creeping internal pay compression are reshaping retention, morale, and your ability to compete for talent
    • Prepare your organization to update compensation budgets, strengthen pay equity, and use credentialing and education to grow clinical and RCM talent you can't easily hire
