    To troubleshoot this issue, here are some things to try: 

    1. Double-check the email address you're using to log into mgma.com to ensure that it is the email address attached to your MGMA DataDive license.  
    2. If you are using the correct email address, please contact our service center at (877) 275-6462 between 7:00 am-5:00 pm MT Monday-Friday, or email service@mgma.com and they'll work to resolve any issues that you are experiencing.
