Shannon McCall is the director of HIM and coding for HCPro. She oversees all of the Certified Coder Boot Camp programs. In addition, she specializes in creating custom designed educational programs for Propel Coding membership clients. McCall was one of the original ACDIS Advisory Board members and one of the contributors to the development of the CCDS-O certification examination.
