Scott Stratton

Scott Stratton is the Chief Data Scientist and leads the Industry Development team with Business Development at Veradigm Payer Analytics (formerly known as Pulse8). He is an industry leader in the design, development, and adoption of innovative analytic products.

Mr. Stratton has won multiple awards including Computerworld’s “Global Best Practices in Business Intelligence and Analytics”, the URAC award for applying Six-Sigma analytics to reduce diabetes medication errors, and the “Creative Excellence Award” from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans for the nation’s first urban CHIP program.

His background includes hospitals, managed care, Pharma, PBM, regulatory, and start-ups. At Yale University he studied under the creators of DRGs and worked on the development of RUGs for long-term care reimbursement. His application for “A Method and Apparatus For Risk Adjustment” is currently pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
