Jaimal Soni is Co-Founder and CEO of Insight Health AI, which builds AI agents for referral management, patient access, document processing, scheduling, and other healthcare workflows. Previously, he spent more than six years at Segment and Twilio, where he helped launch Segment for Healthcare and worked on Twilio CustomerAI. Jaimal holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
