E. Rachelle Daugherty

Rachelle Daugherty serves as Chief Executive for Provider Solutions & Development (PS&D), a Providence-owned, not-for-profit company that delivers provider staffing solutions to a diverse range of healthcare organizations. She founded PS&D out of a highly successful internal recruitment and development division for Providence to more broadly address healthcare access nationwide.

Rachelle excels at implementing innovative solutions to enable clinical program growth and development, while also addressing provider attraction, engagement, retention and burnout. She enjoys tackling complex challenges to support the aims of healthcare organizations – in service to better meeting the needs of the communities she serves.

Rachelle holds a Master of Public Health degree from the Oregon MPH Program (Oregon Health & Science University, Portland State University, and Oregon State University). She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and American College of Healthcare Executives.
