Dr. Christopher Kodama brings over 25 years of experience as a CEO, executive, and physician leader with a track record of successfully vetting and launching new companies, building high-functioning leadership “A-teams”, and leading the implementation of a wide range of complex strategic initiatives, programs, and turnarounds. He has served in a variety of executive leadership roles across a broad variety of clinical and business activities including implementing programs to achieve enterprise clinical and financial performance improvements, managing information technology implementations, leading program turnarounds, and guiding highly successful strategy design and business plan implementations.
