Andrew Plugge

Andrew Plugge is the practice administrator at San Antonio Orthopaedic Specialists. In his role, he manages day to day operations, human resources, accounting, revenue cycle management, and marketing. Andrew took over this position March of 2020 and led his team through the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic and has helped the practice reach its most profitable quarter to date in Q2 of 2022. Previously, Andrew worked as a nursing home administrator at the Mississippi Veterans Affairs home. Andrew earned his MBA from the University of Mississippi and his bachelor's degree in Allied Health from Texas A&M University.
