Amy founded Cairn Consulting Solutions, LLC, with the knowledge that organizations succeed when the focus is on growing your people to grow your business. After 20+ years in healthcare leadership and operations, Amy wrote the bestselling book People First: A Proven Method for an Exceptional Healthcare Practice. She utilizes her experience and evidence-based best practices to help business owners and leaders design their own unique People First organization.
Through consulting and training programs, Amy provides expertise in the People First Method to align teams, develop skilled leaders, and design systems to create accountability and higher performance.
Amy earned her MSPT from Ithaca College and her MBA from Loyola University of MD. She is certified in DISC, Driving Forces, Acumen, Emotional Intelligence, and is a Growth Curve Specialist certified in the 7 Stages of GrowthTM.
