Amanda Rumpke, MSN, APRN-CNP, CCRN

Amanda Rumpke serves as the System Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians for Bon Secours Mercy Health, one of the nation’s largest Catholic healthcare systems, based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. She has supported advanced practice nurses in a wide variety of leadership roles through her nearly 20-year career. An acute-care nurse practitioner by training, Amanda continues to care for patients with pulmonary disease.  Additionally, Amanda advocates for advanced practice nurses as the Southwest Ohio Co-Director of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses.                         

Amanda has spoken to a variety of audiences on a range of topics including nursing leadership, advanced practice workforce utilization, advanced practice law, billing and advanced practice clinical quality.
