Alison Sawyer

Alison Sawyer brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a diverse career spanning multiple sectors, including provider, payer, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), and consulting. Since joining LocumTenens.com in 2019, she has led the successful execution of more than 20 major corporate projects. Currently, Alison oversees the company’s corporate strategy, innovation, and customer experience functions. She is passionate about driving business transformation through deep customer understanding and new product innovation. Alison thrives in leading customer research, facilitating workshops, and guiding insights-driven innovation efforts. Alison holds a bachelor’s degree, a Master of Health Administration, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of her professional endeavors, Alison is a proud parent to two children, Fitz and Charlotte, and eagerly anticipates the arrival of a new addition in August 2025.
