By being an MGMA member, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the MGMA code of ethics and principles.
Dues to MGMA are not deductible as charitable contributions, but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Five percent of MGMA dues, however, are not deductible as a business expense to the extent that MGMA engages in lobbying as determined by guidelines established under the Revenue Reconciliation Act of 1993.
