Recruit to Retain: Successfully integrating newly recruited physicians to your medical team
Recruiting the “right” physician adds significant value to the medical team, yet on-boarding the physician with effective tools and orientation processes will more effectively integrate him or her into the new practice. Through published books, surveys, journal articles, industry professionals’ testimonials, and personal experience, this paper will explore and present industry ideals and stepping stones for greater success toward the practice of recruiting and hiring new physicians.
