    Kate Bailey, MPH, has a strong track record of leading impactful clinical and community partnerships. 

    Her past accomplishments include working with regional health care systems and community partners to initiate patients on medications for opioid use disorder in the emergency department. She convened a large consortium of hospitals and community providers to secure $4.5M from CMS to address social needs. Recently, she led a 25-member consortium of hospitals, outpatient providers, schools, county detention centers and others to secure a $2M grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration to address behavioral health needs across a four-county region. She also worked with a large health system to develop a comprehensive Medicaid strategy in a complex reimbursement environment.

    As a consultant, Kate works with health systems and local governments to develop strategies to address behavioral health, public health, and social determinants. Prior to consulting, Kate worked with Steward Health Care to improve behavioral health patient flow through data and process analysis. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Gordon College and a Master of Public Health from Boston University, along with a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
