Kelly Baldessari is the Director of Managed Care Contracting and Quality at SurgOne, P.C., a multi-surgical group of 45 providers that serves the Denver Metro and Front Range area. In this role, she handles all commercial and government managed care, as well as a surgical bundling program that she started in 2016. As part of her job, she negotiates contracts with insurance carriers, hospitals, and other providers. In addition, Kelly is well versed in billing, strategic planning, and business development. During her 30-year career, she has worked as a healthcare consultant, and prior to that she spent 12 years working for various insurance carriers. When Kelly is not working, she likes to spend her time with her husband and kids in the mountains and watching the various sports her kids play.
