About Keith Hustak, PA-C, MPH

Keith Hustak, PA-C, MPH, is VP of APP Services for Spectrum Health System. His responsibilities include collaboration with dyad partners in overseeing operational, financial and overall performance of 700+ APPs for Spectrum Health System. Current strategies include the development of an improved recruitment/student placement process, clinical mentorship program, team based care models and retention/recognition. Keith meets with operational executives from 12 clinical service lines to improve quality outcomes, patient satisfaction scores and provider satisfaction, all within the financial confines of the system. Keith was also recently appointed as the vice president of operations for the five urgent care centers at Spectrum Health. Prior to his current position, he worked as a PA for Spectrum Health, where his responsibilities included providing care for patients in the realm of acute virtual medicine. Hustak has a Master of Science Degree in Public Health with a special interest in Administration from The Ohio State University. He received his Master of Science Degree in PA Studies from Wayne State University and his Bachelor of Science Degree, in Athletic Training from Eastern Kentucky University. Hustak is a member of the American Academy of Healthcare Executives, the Michigan Academy of PAs, and the American Academy of PAs.
