Erika Riethmiller consults with Physicians’ Ally, Inc. on matters relating to privacy and provider compliance. She has over twenty years of experience working with hospitals, physician groups and insurers on issues related to improving quality of care, increasing efficiency, consulting on risk management practices, and ensuring provider compliance with state and federal regulations. Ms. Bol has lectured extensively on topics such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA), the Federal False Claims Act (FCA), Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Ms. Bol holds a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Compliance from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) and the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). Ms. Bol is fluent in German, having received her B.A. in German Language.
