    About Dylan Ross, PhD, LPCC, LMFT
    Dylan Ross, PhD, LPCC, LMFT, is an organizational psychologist and clinical counselor who joined Kaiser Permanente, Northern California in 2006, where he worked as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in the addiction medicine and psychiatry departments in San Francisco. In 2013, he transitioned to Kaiser’s Care Management Institute (CMI) to support the KP national program offices’ integrated behavioral health initiative, where he worked to deepen the integration of behavioral health into primary care. In 2014, Ross transitioned to Kaiser Permanente, Colorado to assume a leadership role as regional senior manager of Integrated Behavioral Health Quality and Program Improvement. He is also the health plan administrator for Kaiser Permanente’s Chemical Dependency Treatment Services. Ross holds clinical licenses as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). He completed his doctoral training as an organizational psychologist at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco, where his research focused on relational models of care coordination and the creation of high-reliability healthcare systems. He is a research partner in the Relational Coordination Research Collaborative (RCRC) at Brandeis University's Heller School for Social Policy and Management, and a longtime member of the American Psychological Association.
