Colleen Luckett, Training Product Specialist, Training & Development, MGMA, has an extensive background in publishing, content development, and marketing communications in various industries, including healthcare, education, law, telecommunications, and energy. Mid-career, she took a break to teach English as a Second Language (ESL) for four years in Japan, after which she earned her master's degree with honors in multilingual education upon her return stateside. After a few years of adult ESL instruction in the States, she re-entered Corporate America in 2021. 

At MGMA, she works with cross-functional teams and member advisors to design and deliver training and education solutions that meet busy healthcare leaders where they are, and assists with MGMA Insights Podcast Network production.
