About Brian Donnelly, MBA, CMPE

Leadership has been central to Brian Donnelly’s career, as a student and practitioner, for more than 35 years. He has led businesses ranging in size from $1 million in revenue and 10 employees to those approaching $200 million in revenue and 1,000 employees. An insightful strategist, he has led transformational change, facilitated business turnarounds, orchestrated consolidations and expansions, and chaperoned sale transactions, including one for a hospital system with proceeds of $500 million. Regardless of his assignment, Donnelly has discovered he is driven by helping leaders find joy, delivering great results and building a workplace people love. 
 
Donnelly holds a BS in accounting from Merrimack College and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a Professional EOS Implementer, a Certified Medical Practice Executive and life member of the Medical Group Management Association, a member of the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Strategic Planning, and a member of the board of directors for the Sinai Forum. Donnelly is a lifelong learner and a voracious consumer of leadership science literature. He serves as a guest lecturer at Valparaiso University and an instructor at the Purdue Center for Leadership.
