Hotels
MGMA's group rates are available through Monday, August 31, 2026, or until sold out. Once the block fills or the cutoff date passes, group rates are no longer guaranteed.
All reservations should be made only through the Official MGMA Registration Site, as MGMA does not work with third-party housing companies.
Booking within the hotel block helps the Association avoid costly penalties for unused or canceled rooms. Meeting our room commitments helps keep future conference registration fees down.
