The MGMA Annual Conference is built by medical practice leaders, for medical practice leaders. This year’s conference theme — From, Here, Forward — reflects where our profession has been, the realities practices face today, and the strategies leaders need to move forward with confidence. 

Every session on the program was selected entirely by MGMA Members, with a strong emphasis on speakers who are currently working in medical practices. Expect practical insights, real‑world lessons learned, and case studies grounded in day‑to‑day experience — not theory. 

To better reflect the complexity of today’s healthcare environment, content has been broadened to cover all aspects of running a medical practice, including operations and finance, strategy, leadership, technology, and workforce challenges. Sessions are intentionally organized so attendees can easily build an agenda that aligns with their career level and ownership structure, whether you’re early in your leadership journey or guiding an established organization. 

You’ll find programming designed for academic practices, rural practices, primary care, and specialty care, along with countless opportunities to learn directly from peers who understand your challenges and share your perspective.
