Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before June 30, 2026, are entitled to a full refund. (including the $100 conference tickets). Cancellations (on full-price conference tickets) received between July 1 and August 28 are entitled to a refund minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations (on $100 conference tickets - for 100th year pricing) received after June 30, 2026, are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued for cancellations (on any ticket types/prices) made after August 28, 2026. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days of approval. Please send written cancellations to mgma@maritz.com.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:
• Discount or special promotion codes are only available on new registrations; refunds are not available to any existing registrations
• No shows for the event will not receive a refund.
• Cancellations on conference registration for the $100 ticket price for the 100th year pricing/celebration, AFTER June 30.
$100 Ticket (No-Show Fee - $500). If you purchased a $100 conference ticket during our 100th‑year pricing window (April 28–May 28) and do not attend the conference without canceling by June 30, 2026, a $500 no‑show fee will apply.
Substitution Policy
Substitution of registration (same type: member/non-member) is permitted up to September 8, 2026, not after. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information.
