Set within the iconic Briscoe Western Art Museum along San Antonio's historic River Walk, this exclusive gathering celebrates both the leaders shaping healthcare today and the legacy of service, excellence, and innovation that has propelled MGMA ACMPE for the past 100 years.

Grand Opening of the Solution Center

Kick off the Solution Center in true San Antonio style as we celebrate 100 years of MGMA. Step onto the show floor to enjoy Texas‑inspired eats and drinks, lively music, and a festive atmosphere worthy of our centennial celebration. 

Take a relaxed walk through the Solution Center to connect with exhibitors, explore products and services that may be new to you, and engage with industry partners supporting today’s healthcare leaders. It’s the perfect setting to network, discover ideas, and celebrate a century of progress, innovation, and partnership in healthcare management.

An open, informal networking breakfast for professionals who are looking to build meaningful connections, learn from experienced mentors, and explore career pathways in medical practice management. Whether you’re seeking guidance, offering mentorship, or simply looking to expand your professional network, this session creates space for authentic conversation and relationship building.

 The breakfast will also bring together professionals across the ACMPE continuum, including those exploring certification, currently certified, and Fellows, giving participants the opportunity to learn how credentials, mentorship, and professional engagement can support long term career growth.

Open to all annual conference attendees interested in career development and mentorship—no prior certification required.

MGMA Signature Event: A 100 Year Celebration

Join us at the stunning Red Berry Estate for an unforgettable evening celebrating 100 years of MGMA. Set against a picturesque lakeside backdrop, this exclusive centennial celebration brings the MGMA community together to honor our past, celebrate our present, and look boldly From Here Forward.

Enjoy live entertainment, casino games, scenic boat rides, a lively dance floor, and a special MGMA Time Capsule, all leading up to a surprise finale to close the evening. To mark the occasion, guests are encouraged to embrace the theme with semi-formal attire inspired by their favorite decade.

This is more than a party. It's a once-in-a-century opportunity to celebrate the people, milestones, and moments that have shaped MGMA's legacy while looking ahead to the next 100 years.

MGMA Fellows Dinner - Honoring 100 Years of Leadership 

Tuesday, September 29 | 5:00-7:00 PM | $75 per person 

Location: Brokemill at Pedrotti's Ranch

In celebration of MGMA-ACMPE’s 100th anniversary, ACMPE Fellows are invited to an exclusive evening honoring the legacy, achievement, and leadership represented by the Fellow designation.

This elevated reception brings together new and longtime Fellows, distinguished association leaders, and their guests for an evening of connection, celebration, and recognition before MGMA’s Closing Signature Event. Enjoy chef-curated hors d’oeuvres, specialty beverages, interactive experiences, and unique commemorative touches as we reflect on the impact of Fellowship across generations of healthcare leaders.

Join fellow ACMPE leaders as we celebrate a shared commitment to excellence, professional growth, and the enduring legacy of leadership that has shaped MGMA-ACMPE over the last 100 years.

Be sure to snap a photo with a Texas long-horn steer, gather your friends for a vintage Old West photo, and soak in the authentic ranch atmosphere while creating memories that will last long after the conference ends.
