    ------------------------------------------------------------

This webinar – scheduled for April 30, 2026, at 1 pm ET (12 pm CT, 11 am MT, 10 am PT) – is eligible for ACMPE, ACHE (live only), CME (live only), CPE (live only), PDC (live only) and CEU credit, and will be made available as a recording.

Physician scheduling is often viewed as an administrative function, but its impact reaches far beyond filling shifts.

Fragmented scheduling processes, disconnected systems, and manual workarounds quietly lead to revenue leakage, provider dissatisfaction, premium labor spend, and access limitations. What seems like an operational inconvenience may actually be undermining financial performance, retention, and patient experience.

In this webinar, Dr. Patrick Hunt will examine the hidden financial and operational consequences of sub-optimized provider scheduling and explore how modern medical groups are transforming scheduling into a strategic lever for performance. Attendees will gain practical insights into how data-driven scheduling strategies can reduce administrative burden, improve provider engagement, optimize capacity, and strengthen margins. This session is designed for medical group leaders who are ready to rethink scheduling not as a back-office task, but as a core driver of organizational performance.

This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

    • Identify the financial and operational impact of inefficient and fragmented provider scheduling
    • Evaluate how scheduling strategies influence provider engagement, retention, patient access, and revenue performance
    • Apply data-driven best practices to modernize scheduling, improving efficiency, transparency, and organizational outcomes
