This member-exclusive webinar – scheduled for October 21, 2025, at 1 pm ET (12 pm CT, 11 am MT, 10 am PT) – is eligible for ACMPE, ACHE (live only), CME (live only), CPE (live only), PDC (live only) and CEU credit, and will be made available as a recording.

In an era of rising demand and constrained resources, medical practice must take a strategic, data-informed approach to expanding ambulatory capacity. Before bringing new physicians onboard, organizations should first assess the performance and capacity of their existing provider workforce to identify opportunities for operational improvement and more efficient care delivery. This session will provide a framework for evaluating ambulatory provider capacity, enhancing access through performance optimization, and determining when and where recruitment is necessary to support medical practice growth. Attendees will learn how to align recruitment decisions with measurable capacity needs, financial goals, and long-term organizational sustainability. By focusing on both provider optimization and targeted recruitment, medical practices can secure referral revenue, improve patient access, and ensure their physician enterprise is positioned for scalable, strategic growth.

This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

    • Apply methods to measure, track, and optimize ambulatory provider capacity
    • Identify when recruitment is necessary versus when performance optimization can meet access needs
    • Prioritize recruitment investments based on capacity data, demand, and long-term ROI
