    Jessica is an entrepreneur at heart, a problem-solver, and a firm believer in the power of data and analytics. She is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), a member of the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP), and an Affiliate Member of the American College of Surgeons and the Association of Women Surgeons.  

    With an extensive background in surgical practice development, management, physician contracting, compensation analysis, and human resources, Jessica has a deep understanding of the unique and often complex nature of the business side of medicine. 

    After running a trauma and acute care surgery practice for 10 years, Jessica was inspired to leverage her knowledge and expertise to help physicians and surgeons successfully navigate compensation opportunities and negotiate their value through every stage of their careers.
