MGMA has reserved a block of rooms until Wednesday, May 13, 2026, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate of $229  will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note: If the room block fills before the cut-off date, MGMA may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.

Other Details

• Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.5%), as well as Bellevue Tourism Assessment (currently $2.50), in effect at the time of check-in. 
• The hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is noon. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.
• All rooms booked within the event’s room block will include complimentary guest Wi-Fi.
• Self Parking is $15 overnight (Sun-Fri), complimentary on Saturdays
• Hotel is 17 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
