    Description

In today’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, innovation has the opportunity to meaningfully improve how care teams and patients move through their day. This online program explores where emerging technologies – AI, virtual care, automation and more – are already making a difference across the patient journey, from access and check-in to referral follow-through, revenue cycle and population health.

You’ll discover how to get more from your EHR, when to layer in external solutions and how to blend the two without stacking duplicate tools. The course also touches on lightweight governance and privacy considerations for safe AI use, the change management needed as roles and workflows evolve, and common ROI pitfalls – so medical practice leaders can set clear expectations and embrace innovation that truly drives results.

By participating, you’ll gain industry-recognized skills through a certificate approved by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), boosting your credibility and marketability in the healthcare field.
