RESERVATIONS
Standard guest room rates vary throughout the week. Rates are $249 per night based on single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to a 15.25% tax per room, per night, and a $25 per night destination fee. Room tax is subject to change without notice.
MGMA does not partner with any housing bureaus or third party hotel booking companies and attendees should only book directly with the hotel using the link above.
RESERVE YOUR ROOM EARLY
MGMA has reserved a block of rooms until Friday, March 20, 2026 or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note: If the room block fills prior to the cut-off date, MGMA may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.
For sleeping room reservations, call 704-375-2600, identify yourself as an attendee of the MGMA Operations Conference to receive the discounted group rate. Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, local hotel time, to avoid penalty charges or forfeiture of deposit. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A credit card deposit equal to the first night’s room rate, plus tax, is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be applied to your total room charges upon check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax. No-shows will also incur a one-night room charge plus tax and reservations will only be held until 6am the following morning.
SUPPORT YOUR ASSOCIATION
When booking your stay within the MGMA hotel block, you are supporting the Association by helping us avoid fees that result from significant sections of the room blocks being reserved but left unfilled or canceled at the time of the conference. If MGMA does not achieve a minimum number of overnight accommodations, the price of service will increase registration fees for future programs. Without your support, MGMA faces huge financial penalties for unused sleeping rooms.

The Westin Charlotte is 7.3 miles from the airport, a taxi is approximately $25-35 depending on traffic conditions, one way, excluding gratuity. You may also use ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. Estimated pricing ranges from $26-36 depending on the size of the car and service used.
