    This session will analyze key compliance areas, including medical coding and billing, financial relationships and the Anti-Kickback Statute, conflicts of interests, HIPAA, cybersecurity and medical necessity, through a review of recent enforcement actions. Attendees will gain in-depth understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks associated with noncompliance and explore strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
