The 2025 MGMA Leaders Conference Mobile App is now available for download to all registered attendees. The app is the main source of information for the conference schedule, happenings and announcements onsite during the conference week. Start planning your best conference experience!
Search for the ‘MGMA Events’ in the App Store or Google Play and install or scan the QR code below. You must be a registered attendee to access the app.

With the mobile app, you can:
- Create a personalized conference schedule. “Favorite” the sessions you want to attend to create a customized agenda that helps you make the most of the Leaders Conference. Once favorited, these sessions will appear in the “My Schedule” tile.
- Explore the Solution Center. Browse exhibitors and service categories that can offer solutions to help you solve problems and meet your company's needs. You can also favorite specific exhibitors you plan to visit.
- Connect. View attendee and speaker profiles and connect with others.
- Engage on the Community Board. Engage with other attendees, post, comment, read, learn, set up like-minded meetups, share experiences and ideas, and more.
- Check in for your sessions. You will also use the mobile to check-in to each session you attend. Use the ‘Session Check-in’ tile on the mobile app home screen to scan the QR code at the session door.
Note: Device cameras will not work to check-in, the mobile app check-ins tile must be used. - Gain access to the Signature Event at Disney Springs. Please have your badge available or be ready to share your conference app for access to the event.
- View presentation materials and take notes. The full online session materials library will be available in the app at the close of the conference.
- Fill out surveys about your experience. Complete the individual sessions and overall conference surveys.
