CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to MGMA at service@mgma.com.
- December 9, 2025 – January 15, 2026: Full refund
- January 16 – February 1, 2026: Refund minus a $150 processing fee
- February 2, 2026 and after: NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued, including for failure to attend.
All hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Your hotel reservation confirmation will include instructions for modifying or canceling your lodging.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution of a registration is permitted before February 2, 2026. Only one substitution is allowed per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution is responsible for all financial obligations associated with the substitution and for updating any contact or demographic information.
