Safelisting for MGMA emails

MGMA understands that our customers need to be confident that we are communicating with them in a reliable and secure manner. The majority of today’s email clients have highly sophisticated spam technology built in. However, they commonly still filter out legitimate email.

Safelisting is one of the most effective methods of ensuring you continue to receive the emails that you want to receive.

To ensure delivery of MGMA emails to your inbox please add the following domain(s) to your email safesenders list.
In addition you can ask your IT team to whitelist the following domains and IP address. This is especially important for Organizational Members
This will ensure deliverability of all support cases and communications with the MGMA Customer Success team.

Here are instructions how you can safelist MGMA emails for some of the more common email clients.

1. Click the Home tab.
2. Click Junk.
3. Click Junk E-mail Options.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. Click Add.
6. Enter and additional information if you wish.
7. Click OK to finish.

1. Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. Enter and additional information if you wish.
4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.

1. Open an email from the sender that you want to whitelist.
2. Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to “reply.”
3. Click Add to contacts list to finish.

Yahoo! Mail
1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
2. Click Add to contacts by clicking on MGMA <>
3. On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed.
4. Click Save to finish.
