    MGMA Traveling Bookstore

    Request Materials 

     

    Program Description :

    Do you want to enhance your state meeting with educational and professional resources from MGMA? The MGMA traveling bookstore is a display of popular titles and references from MGMA materials such as books, surveys, tutorials and MGMA marketing resources.

     

    You can also choose to include an MGMA tablecloth for tabletop displays and ACMPE and Legislative Liaison ribbons to recognize your nominees, certified, fellows and active members. These materials are optional and free of charge for your state meetings. MGMA will cover the shipping cost once a year per state. If you request these materials more than once, you will only pay $100 or the actual shipping cost, whichever is lower. 

     

    To obtain the MGMA traveling bookstore at your next state meeting, please fill out the request form at least six weeks before the event. MGMA will mail the designated person MGMA materials, a list of products and prices, and easy-to-follow instructions on setting up and managing the display. Products cannot be purchased onsite, but your attendees can call-in their order to receive 20%. The MGMA traveling bookstore is a great way to provide valuable resources to your attendees and support your state association.

    Policies and Procedures 

    State MGMA 

    • Submit request form at least 6 weeks in advance of conference 
    • The mailing address cannot be the hotel or conference center address 
    • Only one request will be fulfilled each year for free. If you would like to purchase the bookstore for a second conference, there will be a $100 shipping fee. 
    • If you have a speaker that is an MGMA national author, please let us know, and we will endeavor to include some of their titles in the display. Please indicate the author’s name in the special requests section of the form. 
    • You will be notified via email with a verification form with ship dates, locations, tracking number and contact information. 
    • Materials are shipped to arrive three days prior to the conference. 
    • Materials arrive with return shipping instructions and prepaid labels to ship back to MGMA. 
    • Once received, please follow display instructions included in the bookstore package. 
    • Books are for display purposes only. 
    • Return all books, tablecloth and materials in the same condition they were received. 
    • If items are lost there is a $100 fee. 

    National MGMA 

    • MGMA distribution center will mail all requested materials, tablecloth, books, ribbons and informational packets 3 business days prior to your conference. 
    • MGMA will cover the cost of mailing materials both to and from the conference for one meeting per year per state.
