    Andrew Hajde, CMPE, is a highly qualified healthcare professional with over 20 years of industry experience. As the Director of Content & Consulting at MGMA, Andrew has held numerous high-level operations management positions and has a proven track record of success.

    Prior to joining MGMA, Andrew served as the supervisor for 14 medical practices, overseeing 78 providers and 200+ employees for a Fortune 100 healthcare company. The practices under his supervision included a wide range of specialties, including internal medicine, OB/GYN, urology, endocrine, radiation oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, vein surgery, bariatric surgery, cardio-thoracic surgery, and cardiology.

    In addition to his managerial experience, Andrew has also worked in various other operational and medical billing-related management roles and has opened or acquired 25 medical practices. He has a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, benchmarking, revenue cycle, operational improvement, employee and manager development, and strategic marketing. Andrew is a certified CMPE and is known for his dedication to improving healthcare operations and helping others succeed.

    Ashley Ager, MSM, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in practice management, healthcare administration, and telehealth program management. Throughout her career, Ashley has demonstrated a commitment to helping others succeed, and has developed a reputation for providing top-notch service to members and connecting them with the resources they need to run a successful healthcare business.

    Prior to joining MGMA, Ashley worked for a Fortune 100 healthcare company in a variety of roles, including telehealth and virtual clinic services program manager. In this position, Ashley was responsible for managing a variety of medical specialties, including OB/GYN, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, family medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, hematology/oncology, spine surgery, pain management, and urology.
