For many medical groups, there are misconceptions around offering “clinical research as a care option” — alternative forms of care available only through a clinical trial. Clinical trials too often are disconnected from the care provided by physicians, who often lack information on available trials that could help their patients. Running a healthcare organization that integrates clinical research into operations can provide a wealth of benefits that impact your business’ bottom line, the community perception of the organization and the quality of life for patients. This webinar will examine how one medical group transitioned their clinical research organization into a successful, productive business unit.
This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:
  • Demonstrate the impact that clinical trials can have on patients and communities.
  • Discover a rationale for expanding a medical group to include clinical research.
  • Use the right tools and support staff that make clinical trials a productive business unit.
