Registration includes the recorded webinar, held Jan. 16, 2020 and the exam that allows you to claim continuing education credit. This webinar is eligible for ACMPE and CEU credit.
Artificial intelligence (A.I.) is transforming the way physician groups manage their revenue cycles. In this session, a controller at a large group practice will discuss how she took a technology-centric approach to improve staff productivity. Attendees will gain an inside look from the implementation of analytics solutions and A.I.-driven RCM workflow automation to embrace a more proactive, evidence-based claims management strategy. Explore how her vision for leveraging the power of A.I. resulted in annual revenue improvement and a reduction in staffing requirements. Identify how you can improve your revenue cycle management process by automating your front-end financial clearance processes, and back-end accounts receivables management using workflow automation. Attendees will learn how to analyze existing in-house billing and collections processes and identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:
  • Examine staff workflow bottlenecks that lead to poor performance in revenue cycle management.
  • Analyze in-house billing and collections workflows for the purpose of highlighting areas that would benefit from technology intervention.
  • Evaluate workflow automation technology to derive real-time productivity insights, streamline operations and drive process improvement.
