Claiming Credit:
If you wish to claim continuing education credit, you must first view the webinar recording and pass the associated exam with a score of 80% or higher.
Registration is required for BOTH the webinar and the exam.

Team:
Participants who want to claim continuing education credit must be individually registered for the webinar and subsequent exam. If participants would like to attend the webinar as a team using one person’s log-in credentials, the person who launched the webinar will need to email a list (first and last names) of all participants to continuinged@mgma.com after the webinar has concluded. MGMA will mark these individuals’ status as “completed” within five business days to allow each team participant to claim his or her desired continuing education credit.
Team participation is not allowed to claim CME credit for this webinar.

American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE):
ACMPE credit continues to be a free member benefit and is available to registered webinar attendees who purchase and complete both the webinar and exam.
This program has the prior approval of ACMPE continuing education hours. A cumulative total of 50 ACMPE continuing education credit hours is among the requirements for advancement to Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) status. Once you have advanced to CMPE or Fellow status, you must earn and submit 50 hours of qualifying credit hours every three years to maintain your designation.

Exam
Exams purchased, but not yet started are eligible for a refund minus a $30 processing fee. Exam refunds will be processed within 90 days of the cancellation date. Fees cannot be refunded once an exam is started or completed.
Cancellation
On-demand webinars and exams are available for two full years from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified. If for any reason MGMA must cancel this on-demand webinar prior to your expected expiration date, MGMA will notify participants by email of the cancellation no less than five business days prior to the cancellation. Full exam refunds will be processed within 90 days of the cancellation. Exam fees cannot be refunded if the webinar or exam has been started or completed.
