American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE):
ACMPE credit continues to be a free member benefit and is available to registered webinar attendees who purchase and complete both the webinar and exam.

This program has the prior approval of ACMPE continuing education hours. A cumulative total of 50 ACMPE continuing education credit hours is among the requirements for advancement to Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) status. Once you have advanced to CMPE or Fellow status, you must earn and submit 50 hours of qualifying credit hours every three years to maintain your designation.

The Medical Group Management Association designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Pamela Ballou-Nelson, RN, CMPE, MA, MSPH, PhD, has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare management. Her focus includes practice process transformation, patient-centered medical home (PCMH), workflow analysis, quality measures, care management, population health and patient activation across the continuum of care. Nelson has worked with both provider and payer organizations.
 



Lorri Phipps

Lorri Phipps, DNP, RN, CPNP-PC

Owner, Chief Executive Officer, Mainstreet Pediatrics

Lorri Phipps, DNP, RN, CPNP-PC is the owner, chief executive officer and main provider at Mainstreet Pediatrics in Parker Colo. She is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner with 30 years of pediatric nursing experience. Dr. Phipps has practiced in a variety of healthcare settings including pediatric primary, acute and chronic care. She has additional training and expertise in complex care management, staff development, program development and clinical research. She is an assistant professor at the University of Arizona College of Nursing.

A decorated veteran of the United States Air Force officer, Dr. Phipps received her bachelor of science and master of science in nursing from Marquette University and her doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Arizona.

Exam
Exams purchased, but not yet started are eligible for a refund minus a $30 processing fee. Exam refunds will be processed within 90 days of the cancellation date. Fees cannot be refunded once an exam is started or completed.

Cancellation
On-demand webinars and exams are available for two full years from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified. If for any reason MGMA must cancel this on-demand webinar prior to your expected expiration date, MGMA will notify participants by email of the cancellation no less than five business days prior to the cancellation. Full exam refunds will be processed within 90 days of the cancellation. Exam fees cannot be refunded if the webinar or exam has been started or completed.
