Community Wellness Center — Business Plan

This proposed strategic business plan is for the creation and construction of a new 50,000-square-foot facility in the heart of Douglas County that brings together multispecialty partners. The center will be called the Community Wellness Center (CWC) of Douglas County. AllHealth will develop and build the center and then lease space to partners who will provide wrap-around services to support needs for mental health, human services and substance use for all ages.
