The Medical Group Management Association’s most recent MGMA Stat
poll asked healthcare leaders if their organization conducts patient satisfaction surveys. Overwhelmingly, respondents indicated that conducting these surveys was a part of their workflow. In a follow-up question, more than four out of five said they used patient satisfaction surveys to measure organizational performance. Overall, 82% of leaders polled responded that their organization conducted patient satisfaction surveys, 17% did not and the remaining 1% were unsure.
