Instead of having a patient drive to their physician’s office to find out how to treat a mosquito bite or where to go to get a flu shot, consumers can have those simple questions answered by a chatbot, according to a recent MedPage Today article. Adoption of artificial intelligence in healthcare is booming, according to analysis conducted by Frost & Sullivan.
