Clinically integrated networks (CINs) allow multiple providers, from independent clinicians to hospital systems, to work together in value-based contracts. With payers and providers collaborating to achieve cost and quality metrics, the growth in the total cost of care can be slowed down and patients can see better outcomes at the same time. This webinar will review the necessary ingredients for a successful clinically integrated network in a value-based world.

This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:
  • Outline the basic building blocks for a clinically integrated network
  • Point out how CINs achieve the “Quadruple Aim”
  • Examine how one CIN in Colorado successfully partnered with local health plans
