Expected attendance: 220 healthcare professionals seeking to utilize industry data and tools to create operational and financial efficiencies within their practices and organizations. The audience will be comprised of professionals from all practice sizes and specialties.

This event will be comprised of general sessions, interactive sessions and learning labs where attendees will engage with industry experts to view demos, ask questions and explore solutions. Sessions will be conducted by MGMA staff and industry speakers along with some sponsors.  General continuing education credit and ACMPE credit will be available.



MGMA is seeking sponsor support and offering the following opportunities:

Presenting Sponsor – Exclusive: $30,000
  • Exclusive Presenting sponsor recognition
  • Opportunity to moderate or be seated at one General Session
  • Three registrations to the event for your staff
  • Two client registrations and ability to purchase additional client passes

  • Branding at event and in promotional materials
  • One article for placement on mgma.com
  • One full page article/ advertisement in the July MGMA Connection magazine
  • One eblast to all attendees as follow-up after the event
  • Learning lab presentation included
  • One Sponsor discussion group on Friday, May 17, 4-5pm – sponsor happy hour - opportunity to discuss problems and solutions as facilitated by the vendor.
    • Includes one drink ticket per attendee  - sponsor may order additional beverage/ food from resort 
  • Peer Lunch Recognition-Visit two tables during the lunch hour to facilitate B to B conversation among attendees (MGMA to provide conversation starters)
    
Solution Circle Sponsor:  $9,500 with Lab - Friday, May 17 (3 available)
  • Two registrations to the event
  • Facilitate a Solution Circle session
  • One station in the Learning Lab to showcase your utilization of services using data, including MGMA data
    • Labs held Friday, May 17, 8am – 4pm and Saturday, May 18, 8:00am – Noon
  • One client registration and ability to purchase additional client passes
  • Peer Lunch Recognition-Visit two tables during the lunch hour to facilitate B to B conversation among attendees (MGMA to provide conversation starters)
