New ACA repeal amendment builds momentum in Senate


Senator Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., announced yesterday that bipartisan efforts to stabilize the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has stalled. Meanwhile, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., says he intends to schedule a vote next week on the latest ACA replacement proposal from Senators Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Bill Cassidy, R-La., despite not having 50 guaranteed votes.
