MGMA encourages all Medical Practice Excellence: Leaders Conference participants to be vaccinated and boosted; however, in response to COVID-19 mitigation measures being relaxed by the CDC, this is no longer a requirement. MGMA still strongly recommends all participants at face-to-face events be fully vaccinated and those that feel unwell should participate in the Digital Experience, Nov. 8-11, 2022.
Also, per CDC guidance, masks are not required. However, participants should do what is best for their personal well-being.
MGMA is committed to safely accommodating all participants. We will continue to follow the science and adhere to local requirements to ensure all are comfortable and we meet safely.
Be Well Policy
MGMA will enforce its Be Well policy which is required consent during registration by all participants as a condition of onsite participation. This includes the stipulation that if you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms prior to traveling to or while onsite in Boston you will reconsider your participation at the event.
To help ensure your personal safety and comfort during MPE: Leaders Conference, MGMA is committed to robust and transparent communications during the event. We encourage all participants to monitor this website and download the Conference app to their mobile devices to receive up-to-the-minute updates.
